Step back in time to 1863 at this 3-day Civil War reenactment event at Fort Stevens State Park. The event recreates scenes from the American Civil War, including live battles and portrayals of military and civilian life in the mid-1800s.
Watch staged Civil War battles with foot soldiers, cannons, and horseback troops, and walk through a military camp where vendors sell period-style goods.
See how church services were conducted during the Civil War and observe how medics treated the wounded.
Reenactment participants bring history to life, offering opportunities to learn more about the country’s past.

During the event, visitors can meet Abraham Lincoln, enjoy a fashion show, listen to fife-and-drum performances, and watch field artillery demonstrations.
Pets are not allowed at the event.
Located 10 miles west of Astoria and near Warrenton, Fort Stevens State Park features the historic military site, Coffenbury Lake, and Peter Iredale Shipwreck.

US Civil War Officer’s Uniform donation
I have a Union Officer’s Uniform and am seeing a museum who would display. I would donate this Lieutenant Colonial rank, that is decorated with gold braid, and has a watch pocket.
There is also a replica sword, hat and gold belt. In exchange, I seek to have my name prominently on or very close to this uniform.
I am with the Flushing Historical Society, in Michigan. we are having a special display for the 250 anniversary of the USA. Is your uniform still available
Is this event still being held in 2026? If so, how would I connect with the person in charge of it? I have a number of questions. Thank you.
