• Happy Camp Beach is a peaceful spot known for its open shoreline and bay views

Happy Camp Beach is a peaceful stretch of shoreline located near the charming coastal town of Netarts and 2.5 miles south of Oceanside on the Northern Oregon Coast.

The beach is broad and mostly flat, extending two miles from Maxwell Point to Netarts Bay. Compared to nearby Oceanside and Tunnel Beach, this beach is far less crowded. Because of its location near the bay, the water is often calmer than at fully exposed ocean beaches, making it safer and more family-friendly.

Access is easy, though parking is limited to a small nearby lot. Parking is limited and can fill up quickly on nice weekend days. Public restrooms are available in the area, but may be seasonal, depending on county maintenance.
