Mills Bridge Boat Launch is a public river access site and a popular recreation spot located along the scenic Wilson River off Highway 6, about 6 miles east of Tillamook.

It sits in the heart of the Oregon Coast Range, surrounded by dense forest, steep canyon walls, and clear water that defines this coastal watershed.

The site provides access to the lower and middle sections of the Wilson River, making it a popular entry point for both boaters and anglers exploring the area.

Mills Bridge is a well-known access point for drift boats and small craft.

The river conditions below the launch are often used for seasonal floating and paddling, especially when water levels are suitable.

During low summer flows, upstream sections can become shallow, but small rafts, kayaks, and packable watercraft are still commonly used.
